The Missing History Tool for Reddit Power Users. Have you ever read an interesting post, refreshed the page, and lost it forever? Reddit's native history function is limited, but Reddit Infinite History remembers everything for you. This extension automatically records every post you open in the background, building a personal, searchable archive of your reading journey. 🔒 100% Privacy Focused * Local First: All data is stored securely in your browser's local database (IndexedDB). * No Tracking: No data is ever sent to our servers or third parties. Your history stays on your device. ✨ Key Features * Auto-Save: Seamlessly detects and saves posts as you browse, working perfectly with the new Reddit (Shreddit) layout. * Infinite Archive: Unlike Reddit's 1000-item limit, keep an unlimited history of every thread you've ever visited. * Smart Dashboard: A clean, modern interface to browse your past activities. * Search & Filter: Instantly find that one post from 3 weeks ago by searching for keywords or filtering by Subreddit. * Data Export: Your data belongs to you. Export your entire history to JSON format for backup or analysis with one click. 🚀 How to Use 1. Install the extension. 2. Browse Reddit as usual. 3. Click the extension icon to open your personal History Dashboard. Permissions Explained * storage: To save your history settings. * tabs: To detect when you navigate between posts. * host_permissions: To analyze Reddit page titles and metadata for the archive.
