Reattend Enterprise - your organization's memory, on every page. Reattend Enterprise is an organizational memory platform that solves corporate amnesia. Decisions, exit interviews, handoffs, point-in-time history, and self-healing knowledge contradictions - captured, linked, and indexed by time. When employees leave, transfer, or retire, their institutional knowledge stays. This Chrome extension is the in-browser companion to Reattend Enterprise (https://enterprise.reattend.com). It lets your team capture memory and ask questions of your org's knowledge from anywhere on the web — Slack, Notion, Gmail, your internal wiki, vendor portals, or any whitelisted work app — without leaving the page they're on. ────────────────────────────────────────── WHAT IT DOES ────────────────────────────────────────── 1. Capture memory in two clicks • Click the toolbar icon to type a memory, save the current tab, or paste a link • Click the floating R-pin in the bottom-right of any whitelisted page to save the title, URL, and any selected text as a memory • Right-click any selection to send it straight to your org's memory • The AI on your Reattend instance auto-classifies what you captured into decisions, meeting notes, ideas, observations, or tasks — and links it to existing memories 2. Ask the sidebar • Open the side panel with Alt+Shift+A or via the popup • Streaming, citation-grounded answers from your org's memory in seconds • Every claim is cited back to the underlying memory record — click through to see the source • Anonymous mode for HR and compliance questions where attribution stays private 3. Ambient surfacing • A subtle related-memory card appears in the bottom-left when you visit a page that connects to something your org already knows about • Up to three related memories with title, snippet, and match type — click any to jump to the full record • Per-page dismissal that respects your attention; gone for 48 hours after one click 4. Per-org policy + per-user whitelist • Your org admin can set required and recommended domains where the extension activates (your internal wiki, your billing dashboard, your CRM) • You add personal favorites on top — the extension is silent everywhere else, with zero overhead on non-whitelisted pages • Policy syncs automatically every 30 minutes ────────────────────────────────────────── WHO IT'S FOR ────────────────────────────────────────── • Government and secure organizations that need on-premise deployment with auditable knowledge continuity • Mid-market companies (50–500 people) where institutional knowledge is leaking out the door with every departure • Teams that have outgrown enterprise search but don't want a wiki ────────────────────────────────────────── PRIVACY + SECURITY ────────────────────────────────────────── • All traffic flows through your configured Reattend Enterprise instance — SaaS or on-premise. Nothing is sent to any third party. • You authenticate with a scoped API token you mint inside your Reattend account. The extension stores it locally in chrome.storage; you can revoke it any time from your Reattend settings. • On non-whitelisted pages the content script does nothing — it short-circuits at the very first runtime check. Zero network traffic, zero DOM observation. • The org admin can limit ambient surfacing globally if your compliance posture requires it. • Two-tier RBAC at the server: org role + per-department role. Install the extension 2. Open the options page (auto-opens on first install) and paste your API token from /app/settings → API keys in your Reattend account, plus the URL of your Reattend instance 3. Toggle on the work apps you want capture surfaces to appear on (50+ presets, plus add your own internal domains) 4. You're done — the floating pin appears on whitelisted pages, the ambient card surfaces relevant memories automatically, and the sidebar is one keystroke away ────────────────────────────────────────── NOT TRACKING YOU ────────────────────────────────────────── This extension does not include any analytics, telemetry, ad tracker, or third-party SDK. It does not phone home. The only network calls it makes are to the Reattend Enterprise instance you yourself configure. Source code transparency: the extension is built from a single repository, no remote-code loading, no eval, no minified blackbox SDKs.
