Configuration is stored locally in Chrome extension storage. Jira API requests, when configured, go directly from the extension to your configured Jira Cloud site. QueueGuard evaluates visible Jira queue/list items only and does not claim access to hidden, unloaded, or unavailable Jira data. ### Important boundary QueueGuard is a decision-support and workflow governance tool. It does not replace Jira, Jira Service Management SLA configuration, or organizational escalation policy.
