This Chrome extension is a smart posture assistant designed to prevent the "shrimp position" and excessive slouching during work sessions. Leveraging MediaPipe for real-time body tracking, the system monitors the user's alignment and distance, dynamically blurring the screen when poor posture is detected to prompt immediate correction. The interface includes a customizable widget with a dedicated toggle, allowing users to switch between the standard camera feed and a MediaPipe node-based visualization. This vision is mirrored by a real-time stickman avatar that replicates three different levels of spinal curvature. To keep users motivated, a specialized timer tracks "straight-back" duration and provides a final percentage of postural health. Centered around a blue shrimp mascot, a witty reminder of the physical consequences of slouching, the project uses a calming light blue palette to promote a sense of security and well-being.
