Plain Text Edit

Create and edit plain text documents in a browser tab.

Plain Text Edit is a simple, plain-text editor in your browser. To get started, click the extension icon or press Command/Ctrl + Shift + P and then click "New". Notes open in a tab for a better writing experience. All notes are stored locally and Plain Text Edit doesn't require any special permissions so all your notes are completely private. Usage: 1. Click "Add to Chrome". 2. Access Plain Text Edit by clicking the extension icon or by pressing Command/Ctrl + Shift + P. 3. Click "New", a new tab will open where you can write some notes. 4. Return to your notes later by clicking the extension icon again. 5. Access options by right-clicking on the extension icon. Features: * Minimal design. * Notes are stored locally and are completely private. * Create and write unlimited notes. * Toggle spell check. * Sort notes by name, modified date or created date. * Notes' states are stored so it's easier to jump back in where you left off. * Keyboard navigation.
