In code review

Our reviewer read this extension’s code and found no malicious behaviour. An automated risk flag was reviewed and overturned.

What our analysis found

Ping That Wallet, used by 4,000,000 people, showed no malicious code in Extension Auditor's review. It was last updated in June 2025.

The extension uses only storage, notifications, and alarms. It makes a single POST request to Helius RPC, a legitimate Solana blockchain API, to fetch on-chain memos for a user-supplied wallet address. No data exfiltration, tracking, or unauthorized collection occurs. All behaviors align with its stated purpose of displaying Solana wallet-to-wallet messages. ML model patterns (POST requests, innerHTML, appendChild, hidden elements) are standard UI operations, not malicious.
