Simply search on Google, and a Perplexity thread will automatically open on the right with an answer to your question✨ You no longer need to open separate tabs for Google and Perplexity and type your questions twice. NEW: The sidebar now shows video summaries for every YouTube video, generated by Perplexity—as well as compatibility on DuckDuckGo and Brave and a keyboard shortcut to open and close the extension (Option + P on Mac and Alt + P on Windows) I created this Chrome extension because I was just not satisfied with Google’s AI overview and switching between Google and Perplexity became a hassle.
