Pause for a Cause Chrome extension security report

Block distracting sites. Watch a quick ad that raises money for charity. Do good while breaking bad habits. Pause for a Cause helps you spend less time on the sites that pull you in — and turns every moment of self-control into real money for charity. Add sites to your blocklist, and when you try to visit one, you'll see a gentle reminder that past-you wanted to be here less. Want to keep scrolling? Watch a short ad, and the revenue goes straight to the cause you've chosen to support. You get a few minutes of access, and a charity gets a real donation. Everybody wins. How it works: - Add the sites that distract you most (Instagram, Reddit, TikTok — you know the ones) - When you visit a blocked site, you'll see a calm, friendly pause screen - Watch a quick ad to unlock the site for a few minutes — the ad revenue supports your chosen cause - Track your impact with Pauses and Impact Points - Set your own rules: choose how long each unlock lasts and how many unlocks you get per day Your progress syncs across devices when you sign in with Gladly. You can change your cause anytime, set daily unlock limits, and see how you compare on the leaderboard. People like you already raise money for charity every day with Tab for a Cause. Now you can do even more good — just by scrolling a little less. Built with love by Gladly, the team behind Tab for a Cause. We do not collect, store, or sell your browsing data, and we never will. The only information we save is what's needed to run the extension (your login info and impact stats). Ads are served through our ad partners when you choose to watch one, and those partners may collect anonymized data to show relevant ads.
