When you open an Otodom apartment listing and click the extension, it: • Extracts the key numbers (rent, admin / utilities, deposit, rooms, size, available from). • Shows an estimated total monthly cost in PLN and EUR. • Highlights insights for expats (price per m², availability date, terrace/balcony, internet, etc.). • Flags possible risk points (missing rent, unclear deposit, very short description, few amenities). • Lists features & amenities with clear icons. • Shows the translated English description so you don’t have to copy / paste into translators. • Suggests a few important questions you can ask the landlord or agency. This extension is designed especially for expats in Poland who: • Don’t speak Polish fluently yet. • Are tired of jumping between multiple tabs, translators, and calculators. • Want a quick, honest snapshot of whether a flat looks reasonable before contacting the agent. How it works Open an apartment listing on Otodom.pl. Click the extension icon in your browser. Click “Analyze Listing” in the popup. Read the summary, risk level, key numbers, and English description.
