My Digital Life Chrome extension security report

Look back your digital life, all your memory are there. The extension does not upload user data, all functions are running locally. My Digital Life is a personal web management extension that runs directly in your browser. Its main purpose is to automatically organize your accumulated bookmarks and browsing history into clear visual charts, helping you better manage and review your digital information. For everyday users, it primarily offers the following practical features: 1. Automatically Map Your Research Trails (My Tracks) When searching for information or researching a topic online (such as choosing home appliances or planning a trip), we typically open dozens of web pages in a row. This feature automatically connects your browsing history from that session into a clear "network graph." You can intuitively see which websites you visited and what content you focused on, making it easy to quickly find key pages you've previously viewed. 2. Turn Bookmarks into an Intuitive Timeline (My Life) Over time, our saved bookmarks tend to pile up, making them hard to find. This feature breaks away from the traditional folder system by mapping all your saved bookmarks onto a dynamic timeline organized by year and month. You can clearly look back at the topics you focused on in past years and visually trace the evolution of your interests and learning. 3. Convenient Bookmark Management and Cleanup (Timeline Review) The extension provides a highly organized bookmark management interface. Not only does it display all your bookmarks in chronological order, but it also allows you to easily manage them in bulk. You can quickly search through your collection and clear out old web pages you no longer need, keeping your bookmarks tidy. 4. Summarize Your Long-Term Interests (Learning Data) Based on your browsing and bookmarking habits, the extension automatically identifies your "long-term interests" and "recent trending topics." Most importantly, all of this data analysis is performed entirely locally on your computer. Your browsing history is never uploaded to the cloud, ensuring your personal privacy is completely protected. Summary: Think of this extension as a smart, local digital assistant. It helps transform your scattered internet footprint into a well-organized personal database, making it much easier and more efficient whenever you need to find information again.
