MotivateMe Chrome extension security report

MotivateMe. Your words, every new tab. Most "motivational" extensions show you quotes from strangers. Famous people you've never met, saying things that weren't written for you. MotivateMe only shows your words. Your reminders. Your goals. The lines you wrote on the days you actually meant them. Every time you open a new tab, one of those lines is waiting for you. No clocks. No widgets. No to-do lists. No streaks. Just the thing you needed to remember. Then you get on with your day. This is for people who are done with noise. If you write things down to remind yourself what matters, this is where those notes belong. ✨ Features Your list, your rules: • Add, edit, delete, and search your quotes from the Options page. • Mark your favorites, and they appear twice as often. Backup and sync ☁️: • Export to a JSON file in one click. Restore on any device. • Auto-sync mode: pick a file once, and MotivateMe keeps it updated. • Works on any Chromium-based browser Private by default 🔒: • No account. No login. Install and use immediately. • Zero analytics, tracking, or telemetry. The extension never makes a network call. • Quotes stay in local storage and never leave your device unless you export them. Most productivity tools try to do everything. MotivateMe does one thing. Built by a solo developer who got tired of seeing a weather widget/time widget when they just wanted to see something that mattered.
