Mock Promo Code Generator Chrome extension security report

Mock Promo Code Generator is a lightweight Chrome extension that creates fictional promotional codes for mockups, demos, interface design, and software testing. It is intended for users who need placeholder coupon style text in a quick and simple popup interface without using real discount systems or live promotional data. Users can generate custom code formats with a chosen prefix, discount style, value, length, and quantity, then copy the generated results for use in sample layouts, testing environments, or demonstration materials. The extension is designed to be easy to use, visually clear, and focused only on generating non redeemable sample promo codes for creative and testing purposes. It runs entirely inside the popup and does not require complicated setup, making it a practical tool for simple demo content generation.
