Mira auto-fills job applications so you can apply faster and spend less time copying and pasting. Set up your profile once — name, contact info, work history, education, links, EEO responses, and more — then click Fill on any supported job application. Mira detects each form field and fills it with the right information automatically. SUPPORTED PLATFORMS • Greenhouse • Lever • Ashby • Workday HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the Mira sidebar on any page 2. Fill in your profile (auto-saves as you type) 3. Navigate to a job application and click Fill 4. Review the results — see exactly what was filled, skipped, or needs attention KEY FEATURES • Smart field detection — an on-device ML model classifies form fields by type (work authorization, sponsorship, EEO, consent, and 50+ other categories) • Multi-page support — handles Workday's multi-step application flow including experience, education, and self-identification pages • Answer bank — save responses to common open-ended questions and reuse them across applications • Multiple presets — maintain separate profiles for different roles (e.g., "SWE" and "PM") with per-preset resumes • Application tracker — logs every application you fill with stats and timestamps, exportable as CSV PRIVACY FIRST All data stays on your device. Mira has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. The ML model runs entirely in your browser using WebAssembly — nothing is sent to any external service. Your profile, documents, and application history are stored locally in Chrome's extension storage and are never transmitted anywhere. You can view, edit, export, or delete your data at any time. Uninstalling Mira removes everything. PERMISSIONS Mira requests host permissions (<all_urls>) because job applications appear on thousands of different employer domains.
