MettleBox: AI interview feedback Chrome extension security report

MettleBox records your browser-based interviews and delivers AI-powered performance feedback — so you walk into every interview better than the last. MettleBox gives you an honest, structured breakdown of how you performed, what you did well, where you struggled, and exactly how to improve. **How it works:** 1. Open MettleBox before your interview 2. Select the browser tab where your meeting is happening (Google Meet, Zoom web, Teams web, or any browser-based call) 3. MettleBox quietly captures audio from the meeting tab and your microphone 4. When the interview ends, stop the recording 5. Within minutes, receive a detailed AI-generated performance report **What you get in every report:** - Overall interview outcome prediction - Performance summary highlighting your strengths and gaps - Key aces and blunders from the conversation - Question-by-question feedback with scores - For each question: what went right, what went wrong, what was missing, and specific improvement tips - Skill evaluation across product management skills and soft skills - Communication, confidence, and presence assessment **Built for real interviews:** - Works with Google Meet, Zoom (browser), Microsoft Teams (browser), and any web-based meeting platform - Records both sides of the conversation — interviewer questions and your answers - No bots join your call. No one knows you're recording - Recording runs in the background. Your interviewer sees nothing different - Auto-uploads in 30-second chunks so nothing is lost if your browser closes unexpectedly **Privacy first:** - Your recordings are encrypted during transmission and at rest - Audio is processed solely for generating your interview feedback - We never share your recordings or transcripts with anyone - You can access all your past reports at mettlebox.com - Read our full privacy policy at mettlebox.com/privacy-policy **Who is this for:** - Job seekers preparing for interviews at any level - Product managers, engineers, designers, and business professionals - Career coaches who want to give data-driven feedback to their clients - Anyone who wants to systematically improve their interview performance **Requirements:** - Google Chrome browser (desktop) - Microphone access (one-time permission grant) - A MettleBox account (free to create) **Get started:** Install the extension, create your account, and try a practice recording.
