Disables the merge button when certain keyword is missing in the comment on bitbucket PR's commit message

We needed a way to not disable the merge button if certain keyword was missing from the PR's commit message as Jenkins needed it and there was not way in bitbucket to do it and hence this extension is created. The keywords are configurable so feel free to use if for your own needs.
