This has one aim, and one aim only - to block the Daily Mail. In our weaker moments, we might like to look at the sidebar of shame, and this removes the temptation. This is almost entirely based on the excellent IBM tutorial and code: http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/web/library/os-extendchrome/index.html This has literally been knocked up in 20 minutes - expect some small adjustments over the next few days, including a proper icon! Permissions required - no data collection takes place. It simply monitors if you visit the Daily Mail site and blocks that from happening.
