Link Wash strips tracking parameters from links so you can share clean, private URLs. Marketers append tags like utm_source, utm_medium, fbclid, gclid, and igshid to follow who clicked and who shared. Link Wash removes that cruft without breaking the link, keeping the parameters a page actually needs (id, q, v, page). Two ways to clean: right-click any link and choose "Copy clean link," or open the popup and paste a URL to see exactly what was removed, with a one-line explanation per parameter and a toggle to keep any you rely on. Privacy is the whole point. Link Wash makes zero network requests, has no accounts and no analytics, and computes everything locally. You can verify it stays silent in your browser's DevTools Network tab. It requests only the minimum permissions and no host access. Free and open source (MIT).
