LexiFont — Dyslexia Font, Reading Ruler & OpenDyslexic Chrome extension security report

LexiFont turns every web page into a dyslexia-friendly reading surface. Pick from four research-backed fonts — OpenDyslexic, Lexend, Atkinson Hyperlegible and Comic Neue — and they apply instantly on every website you visit: Gmail, Wikipedia, Medium, your company intranet, online courses, news sites, anything in Chrome. Add a gentle reading ruler that follows your cursor line by line, a soft tinted overlay for readers with Irlen syndrome or visual stress, and fine-grained control over font size, letter spacing, word spacing and line height. All settings sync across your Chrome installs. All processing happens locally. Zero tracking. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT LEXIFONT DOES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✓ Replaces the fonts on every web page with a dyslexia-friendly font ✓ Four bundled fonts — no CDN, no external downloads ✓ Reading ruler that follows your mouse across the page ✓ Tinted overlay simulating an Irlen-style color filter ✓ Font size, letter spacing, word spacing, line height — all adjustable ✓ Per-site enable/disable ✓ Keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+Shift+L (toggle), Ctrl+Shift+K (ruler) ✓ Settings sync via your Chrome account ✓ Works offline. 100% local processing. ✓ No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHICH FONT SHOULD YOU USE? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ OpenDyslexic (free forever) Heavily weighted letter bottoms anchor characters on the baseline. Designed specifically to make rotations (b/d, p/q) harder. A good first choice if you rotate or flip letters. Lexend (Pro) Built by Thomas Jockin with reading specialist Dr Bonnie Shaver-Troup. Wider proportions, reading-speed research behind every letterform. Great for long articles and technical text. Atkinson Hyperlegible (Pro) Designed by the Braille Institute. Every character is drawn to be maximally distinct — 0 vs O, a vs o, I vs l. Excellent for low vision and for dyslexic readers whose issue is letter confusion. Comic Neue (Pro) A reading-grade rework of Comic Sans. Informal, open letterforms that many dyslexic readers find calming, without the spacing problems of the original. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ FREE FOREVER · NO ACCOUNT ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ LexiFont is free to use forever.
