Extension used by Lead Gen at Simple Overview The Agent Status Tracker Chrome extension allows agents to log their current status by selecting from predefined options and entering their agent ID. All entries are recorded on a Google Sheet accessible by management. Additionally, management can query an agent's current status within the extension by inputting the agent ID followed by a ?. Features Agent Input and Status Selection: Agents enter their agent ID and select a status button. Status Logging: Each status update is recorded in real-time on a connected Google Sheet. Management Query: Management can enter an agent ID followed by ? to retrieve the agent's latest status. Status Visibility: Management has full visibility of all agents' status logs recorded on the Google Sheet. User Guide Agent Instructions Input Agent ID: In the extension interface, enter your Agent ID in the input text box. Select Status: Choose your current status from the available buttons: Online Quick Bio Break Break Power Outage Net Outage Logout Submit Status: Upon selecting a status, it will be recorded on the Google Sheet for management's reference. Management Instructions View Status Logs: Open the associated Google Sheet to view all recorded status entries, including timestamps. Query Agent Status: In the extension input box, type the agent’s ID followed by a ? (e.g., 123?) to retrieve the agent’s current status. The extension will display the latest recorded status of that agent.
