Koncert Click-to-Call extension will help Sales representatives to work with koncert platform from any web pages.

Koncert Click-to-Call enables instant dialing of phone numbers available in Salesforce CRM. Koncert Click-to-Call enables instant dialing of phone numbers listed in Salesforce CRM so that users can connect to prospects with a click of a icon. The extension places a phone icon next to the phone number available in the screen the user is browsing. When the user clicks the phone icon it opens Koncert Click to call extension. If not authorized already, the extension authenticates with Koncert server and the extension connects to user via browser audio/users phone number and makes an outbound call to that prospect phone number clicked in the Salesforce screen. Once the call is completed, user can enter call disposition and follow-up notes on the screen which will be logged in Koncert. Click to Call extension also provides metrics such as the total number of calls made and the total duration of the calls.
