SAVE TO GOOGLE DRIVE Every saved job creates a folder in your Drive containing four files: a structured JSON record, a formatted HTML summary, a PDF, and a Google Doc — all named and organised automatically. STATUS TRACKING Jobs move through three stages: Preparation (interested), Submitted (applied), and Rejected. JobLink creates these folders in your Drive automatically and keeps everything sorted. IN-EXTENSION DASHBOARD A full job management dashboard lets you sort and filter all your saved jobs by status, company, location, date, salary, or job type. Click any job to open a detail panel with notes, all Drive document links, and quick status actions. Select multiple jobs for bulk moves or bulk reject. DUPLICATE DETECTION JobLink checks your Drive whenever you open a job page and warns you if you've already saved that role — so you never apply twice by accident.
