图片裁切工具是一款轻量、离线优先的浏览器扩展，可直接在扩展弹窗中完成图片裁切。 主要功能： - 支持 JPG、JPEG、PNG 和 WebP 图片； - 支持自由裁切、1:1、4:3、16:9 和自定义固定比例； - 提供常用一寸、二寸等证件照像素规格； - 支持左右旋转、水平翻转和垂直翻转； - 保持输入图片格式导出； - 图片全程在浏览器本地处理，不上传服务器； - 不申请浏览器权限，不包含广告、分析或追踪。 证件照预设按 300 DPI 换算为像素尺寸，导出文件不写入 300 DPI 元数据。使用前请确认目标平台对像素、文件大小、背景和 DPI 元数据的具体要求。
