If this sounds like you, then this extension is meant for you. Simply download this extension, input sites that you want to block while you work, and start the extension! As you work, you'll notice your timer increase every second for every three seconds that you work. When you feel that you've earned a little break, you'll be free to visit your sites as you please. But keep in mind, that as long as you're on a blocked site, your timer will start to count down. If you ever run out of time, it will close your sites and make you get back to work. It's harsh, but it'll keep you focused.
