Enables creating a clean version of an imgur album without comments for archival purposes

imgur Archiver is an extension for creating barebone, offline replicas of imgur albums for archiving purposes. They contain a post's images and their descriptions while omitting comments, and they imitate the looks and behaviour of albums on imgur website.
