Its permissions mean it can read and change data on all websites, can inject scripts into pages and can observe network requests. It comes from a trusted publisher and was last updated in September 2026.
The extension is a legitimate image downloader with 1M+ users and a long history. The source code shows no exfiltration, tracking, or malicious behavior. Broad permissions (webRequest, scripting) are used for image scraping, not for unauthorized data collection.
