This tool is used to mute some toxic comments which include specific comment made by a specific user at http://www.saijuken.com/kokusai/ . Especially, some comments about race or disability is filtered on specific condition by this tool. Bellow is the reason why it is needed. The website (http://www.saijuken.com/kokusai/) is the place where users share information or opinions about any topics of medical faculty of university in Japan, such as how difficult university entrance examination of medical faculty in Japan is to pass. Some users (only one person or two people) make comment that is not related to university, but race or disability to look down on other users. For example, when they don't let themselves understood by others, they tend to regard others as Korean, China or people with developmental disability. There are those who don't want to talk about it because it is not related content that should be discussed there. However, manager of the website does not filter these comments and you have no way to mute them. That's why I made this tool to filter these comments on rule base. Even though you are not able to delete the inappropriate comments, you can hide them if you do not want to see them with this tool.
