As a <b>Developer</b>, you can <a target="_blank" href="https://app.gitcommits.com/explorer">go bounty hunting</a> in the GitCommits Issue Browser to find issues you can resolve. When your pull request is merged, you are paid the bounty instantly! Not finding anything readily available in the Issue Browser that fits your skill level and provides a large enough bounty? <a target="_blank" href="https://www.gitcommits.com/git-offers-extension/">Make an offer!</a> Using this extension you can "make an offer" to resolve the specific issue at the bounty price that you specify. The Product Owner can accept, decline, or counter your offer. Counter offers may continue until a price is agreed upon, and you may begin work to claim that bounty!
