Add a section to the left bar of google document that allows you to add notes and labels.

Google Documents productivity extension. ## Description: Adds a "Note" section to the "Left Side Bar" of a google document. Normally the left side bar is collapsed so there is no intrusion on your normal workflow. When the left side bar is opened you will will see the "Note" section at the top of the "Left Side Bar". ## Functionality: Allows you to link a "Note Document" and labels to a google document. All other documents linked to the same "Note Document" and all documents with the same labels will be conveniently listed in the left side bar. Clicking these documents will open them in a new tab. This allows similar documents to be organized by logically organized by the user into label groups and keep notes on documents (that may not have write accesses to).
