Choose your sports from the built-in list — Rugby Union, Rugby League, Cricket, Football, Basketball, Netball, Tennis, Golf, Formula 1, and Biathlon. 2. Select the teams or competitions you want to protect. Add entire competitions at once, or pick individual teams. 3. Browse the web as normal. Any content mentioning your tracked teams is replaced with a ⏸ GAME DELAY overlay. 4. Watched the game?
