Fuel Prices for Maps Chrome extension security report

Planning a road trip or comparing routes? Fuel Prices for Maps adds a simple fuel cost estimate to Google Maps directions, so you can see not only the travel time and distance, but also an estimated fuel price for the journey. The extension uses average fuel prices per country and your selected fuel type to calculate route costs. This makes it easier to compare driving routes, plan travel budgets, and understand the real cost of a trip before you leave. You can choose your fuel type, set your vehicle’s fuel economy, and view estimated costs directly alongside Google Maps route options. For extra convenience, the extension also includes licence plate lookup support, helping you quickly retrieve vehicle-related information where available. Features include: - View estimated fuel cost for Google Maps routes and directions - Use average fuel prices per country - Select your fuel type, such as gasoline or diesel - Set your vehicle’s fuel economy manually or by licence plate - Clean Google Maps sidebar integration - Useful for road trips, commuting, delivery planning, and travel budgeting Fuel Prices for Maps is designed for drivers who want a clearer picture of what a trip will actually cost. Google Maps already shows distance and travel time; this extension adds the missing fuel cost estimate.
