Lightning Dialer is a business softphone for sales and support teams. Each company connects its own Twilio account, invites agents, and places or receives calls directly in Chrome. Getting started 1. Sign up with a business account 2. Paste your Twilio credentials (Account SID, Auth Token, API Key, TwiML App, phone number) 3. Copy the webhook URLs into Twilio Console 4. Invite agents with your invite code Features • Outbound dial pad softphone • Inbound call answer with Ready / Not Ready agent status • Mute, hold, and keypad DTMF during calls • Per-business Twilio credentials (encrypted on our server) • Team presence (agents ready / queue overview) Requirements • Google Chrome • A Twilio account with a phone number, API Key, and TwiML App • Microphone access for placing and receiving calls Lightning Dialer does not place calls automatically without your action. Agents stay in control of every call.
