Food & Bud Pulse Chrome extension security report

Food & Bud Pulse puts your takeaway's trading picture in your browser toolbar, so you can keep an eye on the shop without leaving whatever you were doing. TODAY AT A GLANCE See takings so far today against a typical same weekday, how many orders you've taken, what's still waiting on you, your average order value and how long food is actually taking to prepare — plus an orders-by-hour chart that shows your lunch and dinner peaks as they build. NEVER MISS AN ORDER The toolbar badge carries the number of orders waiting for you, and a desktop alert appears the moment one lands. Accept with a prep time, move orders through preparing and ready, or reject with a reason — all from the popup. Quiet hours stop the alerts overnight without stopping the badge. REPORTS WHEN YOU WANT THEM, NOT AT 9AM Today, yesterday, 7 days or 30 days: net takings against the period before, takings by hour, your best sellers, refunds, and the split between online, in-store and phone orders. A once-a-day morning briefing sums up yesterday's trade in a line, so you can stop opening the digest email. THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE TRADE Order credits remaining, platform fees by month, loyalty points you owe customers, refunds and disputes, and your review score — for the people who need them. RUNNING THE SHOP Pause new orders in one click when the kitchen is drowning. Mark an item sold out for four hours, the rest of the day, or until you say otherwise, from a searchable menu — no digging through categories mid-service. SEVERAL SHOPS, ONE BROWSER Add each shop you work with and switch between them from the header. Useful if you look after more than one site, or keep the books for several. BUILT FOR YOUR WHOLE TEAM What each person sees follows the permissions they already have in Food & Bud. A kitchen user sees the queue; a manager sees the reports; an accountant sees the books and nothing they could accidentally change. Requires a Food & Bud partner account.
