This extension really helps me to focus on my college assignments and not waste time, but is this extension safe and does it not misuse user data?

Great idea, works pretty well, but needs some settings and/or refinement - for example, it blocks marketplace listings shared in FB messenger, and there's no way to turn that off, or exempt facebook.com/messages.
