Formerly Flow Club Companion. A gentle companion for Flow Club sessions with focus audio, task lists, and FlowMate sync.

Note: This is an unofficial, community-built extension and is not affiliated with Flow Club. Flow Club Companion is a lightweight, session-aware extension designed to support focus during Flow Club virtual coworking sessions—without adding pressure or distractions. Audio Support Gentle audio cues help with time awareness while you work: • Ambient ticking sounds (multiple styles) • Configurable verbal time announcements • Separate volume controls for tick and voice • Optional mute during breaks Everything starts quiet by default and can be adjusted at your own pace. Task Support (Optional) A simple task list to reduce decision fatigue during sessions: • Quickly add or paste session tasks • Check items off as you work • “Pick for me” selects a task to focus on when deciding feels hard • Copy tasks into Flow Club’s My Goals section with one click • Reuse task lists across sessions Tasks are lightweight and optional—use as much or as little as helps. Privacy-First • No analytics or tracking • No data collection • All preferences and tasks are stored locally in your browser Flow Club Companion is designed to quietly complement Flow Club’s virtual coworking experience—supporting time awareness and focus without getting in the way.
