Fixus Voice to Workflow: Capture & Automation is a Chrome extension that captures browser audio (tab audio / voice memo / dual) and auto-sends to webhook URLs you specify. Combined with AI transcription, your captures become prompts for your automation stack — turning Chrome into your voice-driven input layer for team workflows. (Free during beta) Key features: ● Three capture modes Tab audio only / Voice memo (mic only) / Dual (tab + mic). Pick the mode for your use case. ● Pause & Resume One-tap pause and resume during breaks or interruptions. Cumulative time is preserved; state is restored even if you close and reopen the popup. ● Pick destination at capture end Register multiple webhooks and pick where to send at capture end ("Ask each time" mode). Or default to auto-send. ● One webhook per workflow Register a separate webhook for each workflow — multiple Zapiers, Makes, Slacks, or n8ns across your stack. Any workflow in your stack, one voice away. ● Webhook-native automation Auto POST as multipart/form-data to n8n / Zapier / Make / your self-hosted webhook. Auto-failover to a different webhook or local save on upload failure. Customizable auth header name + shared secret (can be switched to Slack-style X-Slack-Signature, etc.). ● BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Use your own OpenAI / Anthropic / any AI API key for transcription and summaries. You decide when, where, and whether AI gets the audio — scope and cost stay under your control. ● Meeting-grade audio processing Automatic echo, noise, and loudness cleanup. Howling is tamed without your own voice fading. Mic and tab audio gains are independently adjustable. ● Incident recovery On upload failure, a result tab opens automatically with a Held-in-memory badge for reassurance. Retry with a different webhook or save locally in one click. ● No-friction UI Recording, routing, settings, and failure recovery — all finished on one screen each.
