FitMon is a workstation wellness program submitted for Yonsei University’s Social Innovation Program. It helps users reduce browser-based fatigue by tracking continuous computer activity, sending timely stretch reminders, and guiding short recovery routines directly inside the browser. Through a Chrome extension interface, FitMon detects when users have been active for an extended period and encourages them to take brief, body-part-focused stretching breaks. Users can complete routines, earn Fit Points, track their recovery records, and unlock character companions called FitMons. The program combines practical fatigue management with a light character-based motivation system to make healthy workstation habits easier to maintain.
