No page content, credentials, or Instagram auth headers are transmitted externally; outbound requests go only to [domain withheld] (the extension's own privacy-policy domain) for and a one-time install GET to [domain withheld]. The ML critical score is driven by broad permissions and minified libraries; notably, the bundled manifest does NOT request webRequestBlocking, and the published manifest omits the scripting permission present in the bundle, which is a listing hygiene issue rather than malicious behavior.
