About this extension
Label known wallet addresses and tag transactions as you browse Etherscan.
Read the publisher’s full description
Ethereum Address Book lets you add easy-to-read labels to wallet addresses and transaction hashes directly on Etherscan. This way, you always know whose wallet you’re viewing and what a transaction was for. WALLET ALIASES - Save a label for any Ethereum address. Whenever that address appears on Etherscan, whether in full or shortened form, your label shows up next to it as a tag. This feature is great for keeping track of your own wallets, known exchange addresses, validators, or for marking scammer addresses. TRANSACTION NOTES - You can add a personal note to any transaction hash. Instead of seeing a long 66-character hash, you will see your note, like "Paid rent June," "Validator withdrawal," or anything else you want to remember. ADDRESS POISONING PROTECTION - Scammers sometimes send tiny transactions from addresses that look like yours when truncated. Since Ethereum Address Book tags only the exact addresses you’ve saved, a fake address will show no tag. This makes it easy to spot frauds at a glance. IMPORT & EXPORT - You can back up your data or transfer it to another device using CSV export and import. The file works with Excel and Google Sheets. Both aliases and transaction notes are included in a single file. The importer automatically detects which rows are addresses and which are transaction hashes. PRIVACY FIRST - Everything is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's sync storage. No data is ever sent to any server. You don’t need an account, and there is no tracking. WORKS ON ALL ETHERSCAN PAGES - Aliases and notes appear on transaction lists, address pages, block explorers, and anywhere else Etherscan shows addresses or hashes.
