This extension sums up the remaining time estimates shown in the Jira backlog

This extension sums up the remaining time estimates shown in the backlog of Jira. Atlassian Jira's has a feature to capture estimations and remaining estimates in issues. You can configure Jira to show these numbers on the issue cards in the scrum board. On large project it can be useful to get an idea of the remaining effort in the backlog but Jira only sums up issues if they are in a sprint. This extension calculates the sum for all visible items in the backlog without having to move issues into a temporary sprint. If you apply a filter, the sum will be calculated only for the issues matching your filter settings. If your backlog doesn't show all items, you need to expand the list to get the correct sum. The extension has only been tested with Jira cloud.
