Endurance Log — Deep Work Cockpit (New Tab) Chrome extension security report

"Mankind was born on Earth. It was never meant to die here." Endurance Log reimagines your browser's new tab page as the cockpit of an endurance spacecraft orbiting a black hole. It gamifies the passage of time using the principles of relativity, creating a profound, cinematic, and emotional experience every time you open a tab. Key Features: ⏳ Time Dilation Engine Experience relativity in real-time. Based on the film's metric, 1 hour of browsing equals 7 years on Earth. Watch "Mission Time" (your actual browsing duration) vs. "Earth Time" tick away at vastly different speeds. 🌌 Cinematic Visuals Interactive Starfield: A stunning, parallax-enabled backdrop that shifts with your mouse movement. Accretion Disk: A glowing, Gargantua-inspired black hole rendering in the distance. Cockpit Immersion: A sleek, glass-morphism overlay with vignette effects and spacecraft status indicators. ❤️ Emotional Narrative The Anchor: Track the age of a loved one back on Earth (default: "Murph") as they grow older while you stay young. Dynamic Transmissions: Unlock poignant, story-driven messages from Earth ("Signal acquired", "I started high school", "I'm not mad anymore") as the years fly by. ⚙️ Customizable Experience Set your own "Anchor Name" (e.g., a pet, a child, or a friend). Define their starting age to make the timeline personal. Reset the mission at any time to start a new journey. Why Endurance Log? Productivity dashboards are boring. Endurance Log is for the dreamers, the explorers, and the sci-fi fans who want a moment of awe in their daily routine. It serves as a beautiful memento mori—a reminder of the relativity and preciousness of time. PERMISSIONS: storage: Required to save your mission start time, settings, and unlocked transmissions locally on your device. Note: This extension is a tribute to Christopher Nolan's Interstellar. It is a fan creation and is not affiliated with the official movie franchise.
