Easy Tab Focus Chrome extension security report

Tired of opening "just one tab" and looking up two hours later wondering where your afternoon went? Easy Tab Focus is a lightweight Chrome side panel that quietly tracks how much time you actually spend on each tab — and helps you put a stop to the ones that disrupt your workflow!. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⏱ SEE WHERE YOUR TIME REALLY GOES Every tab shows live focused time — the seconds you actually spent looking at it, not just the time it's been sitting open. Background tabs don't count, so the numbers reflect reality. 🎯 SET LIMITS THAT STICK Give youtube.com a 20-minute daily budget. Cap that one Reddit tab at 10 minutes. Choose per-tab or per-domain, get a notification when time's up, or have the tab close itself automatically. 🧹 AUTO-CLOSE THE FORGOTTEN TABS Got 47 tabs open "just in case"? Turn on idle auto-close and tabs you haven't touched in 1, 2, or 8 hours quietly disappear. Pinned tabs are safe. 📊 DAILY FOCUS STATS A clean per-domain breakdown of where today's attention actually went. Updates live as you browse. Resets at midnight. 🔍 FIND ANY TAB INSTANTLY Search titles and URLs across every window. Jump to any tab with one click. Reopen recently closed ones from the history panel. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVACY, FOR REAL ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✓ 100% local — nothing ever leaves your device ✓ No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no tracking ✓ No access to page contents — only tab titles, URLs, and focus state ✓ No external servers, no network requests, ever ✓ Open the Help tab inside the extension to see exactly what it does BUILT TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY Lives in Chrome's side panel — one click to open, one click to dismiss. No new toolbars, no popups stealing focus, no nagging. It's there when you want it, invisible when you don't. Install it, open the side panel, and watch one day of honest data. You might be surprised. Most people are.
