Looking for a Cookie AutoDelete replacement that works with Manifest V3? CookieMop automatically deletes cookies and site data the moment you close a tab — except for the sites you whitelist. No cleanup day, no buttons to press. It just happens. HOW IT WORKS 1. Browse anywhere — CookieMop watches which sites each tab visits. 2. Close the tab — after a short delay (15 seconds by default, configurable 0–60), if no other open tab uses that site, its cookies are wiped automatically. 3. Whitelisted sites keep you logged in, always. FEATURES - Auto delete cookies on tab close — the core of every good cookie cleaner, running quietly in the background - Whitelist: sites that are never cleaned (email, banking — stay logged in) - Greylist: sites cleaned only when the browser closes - Cleanup scope you control: cookies only, + localStorage, or + all site data (IndexedDB, CacheStorage, Service Workers) - Badge counter showing how many cookies the current site has set - Manual cleaning: "Clean this site now" and "Clean all except open tabs" - Local statistics: cookies cleaned today and in total - English & Korean UI PRIVACY PROMISE CookieMop is 100% local. No servers, no analytics, no accounts, no ads, no remote code — the extension makes zero network requests. It is fully open source; the store build is produced from the exact code on GitHub: https://github.com/thoopring/cookiemop SWITCHING FROM COOKIE AUTODELETE? Import your Cookie AutoDelete whitelist in one click: export your expressions as JSON in the old extension, then load the file in CookieMop's options page. Your whitelist and greylist convert automatically — the easiest cookie autodelete alternative migration you'll find. ROADMAP & SUPPORT Planned: rule profiles (work/personal), settings export, wildcard rules, scheduled cleaning. Questions, bugs, ideas: https://github.com/thoopring/cookiemop/issues Clear cookies on tab close, keep the sites you trust, and let CookieMop handle the rest — free, open source, Manifest V3.
