Continue Watching - YouTube Nonstop Edge extension security report

If you have ever settled in to enjoy an hours-long playlist, a relaxing lo-fi stream, or a live lecture archive, you know the frustration of YouTube’s periodic “Video paused. Continue watching?” prompt. It interrupts your flow, halts the soundtrack of your work session, and forces you back to the tab when you had already moved on. Core Features Instant prompt dismissal – A content script automatically clicks “Yes” the moment the pause dialog appears, so playback never actually stops. Tight permissions – Access is limited to YouTube and YouTube Music domains only; the extension cannot see the rest of your browsing. Practical Benefits Continuous productivity or entertainment Students, coders, and anyone who depends on background audio keep their soundtracks uninterrupted for hours—no clicks, no distractions. User Group Remote workers & developers Keeps focus playlists or conference streams alive while you switch windows or lock your screen. Students & lifelong learners Lets entire lecture series or tutorial playlists play end-to-end during study sessions. YouTube Music listeners Removes awkward silences at parties, cafés, or workouts when the music tab is out of focus. Content creators & live-streamers Allows you to monitor your own broadcast from a secondary browser without risking a mid-show pause. Digital signage & kiosks Ensures promotional loops and ambience videos on lobby displays never freeze due to inactivity prompts. Accessibility advocates Helps users with limited mobility who may have difficulty interacting with unexpected pop-ups.
