Key features include: Automatic Detection: Identifies names, emails, addresses, and optionally phone numbers or other PII within the prompt. Replacement with Fake Data: Substitutes real data with randomly generated placeholder data from a structured JSON feed, ensuring prompts are safe to share or process. Preview/Confirmation Modal: Shows a side-by-side diff of the original and anonymised prompt, allowing users to review changes before sending. Customisable Scope: Users can select which types of data to anonymise (e.g., only emails, only addresses, or everything). Seamless Integration: Works directly within the ChatGPT interface without altering normal workflow. This ensures that personal data is never exposed, making it ideal for users concerned about privacy, testing, or sharing prompts in public forums.
