Enhancements in Salesforce (Smarteeva/Rexis) for Case Handlers.

About the CaseMate Extension --------------------------------------- The CaseMate Extension was created to support Roche case handlers using the Smarteeva or the Rexis platforms (both supported on Salesforce). Additional information: ------------------------------------ The CaseMate Extension runs in the "salesforce.com" domain used for Smarteeva and Rexis. It reads and modifies information in Salesforce/Google Sheets. The following permissions are requested to use the Salesforce Extension: - storage: to store the extension settings and text templates. - tabs: to automatically reload all Salesforce tabs whenever the extension is reloaded. - activeTab: to send information from the local storage, such as the text templates, to the current tab. - downloads: to download text files, such as text templates. - contextMenu: to display the corresponding menus when clicking the right mouse button (eg: templates, bug reports, import/export). - cookies: to be able to call Salesforce's API to capture the data of the cases to be handled. - alarms: to sync the online templates with their corresponding Google sheet every 12 hours. By installing the extension and accepting the necessary permissions, you agree with the extension reading the information on the screen of the Smarteeva/Rexis (Salesforce) pages to provide a better user experience. You can always uninstall the Salesforce Extension. User Data Policy: ---------------------------- - The extension does not collect any user data. It reads information on the screen to display it in the bottom bar or include it in the text templates by replacing the tags. None of this information is stored nor transmitted anywhere. - Any information stored, such as extension settings and text templates, is stored in the user's browser's local storage.
