Finds the BrightSpace portfolio iframe by URL prefix and changes its height and width

Dynamically sets the dimensions of the iframe in the BrightSpace showing the Portflow portfolio view. The default dimensions result in the iframe taking only about 15% of the screen. This extension sets the width and height dynamically to maximize screen space.
