It reduces manual data entry on carrier quote sites by applying your ReFocus customer and policy context directly to the active page, helping teams work faster with fewer transcription errors. Capabilities Authenticated access to ReFocus: Uses the same ReFocus authentication model as the web application (session-based access consistent with your organization’s ReFocus deployment). Structured selection workflow: Choose organization and customer, confirm context, and proceed with a controlled handoff to the carrier page. Policy-aware operation: Supports workflows aligned to Refocus business rules for eligible personal-lines policy types (e.g., Auto and Homeowners HO‑3), with clear handling where a line is not yet supported. Form population: Maps ReFocus audit / AMS-aligned data into carrier fields to accelerate quoting. Configurable endpoints: Administrators and users can configure API and portal base URLs for production, staging, or local environments. Operational fit: Designed for side-panel use alongside carrier workflows, with sign-in, sign-out, and connection settings suitable for enterprise rollout. Intended users Licensed agency and carrier operations staff who already use Refocus and routinely complete carrier-hosted quote forms.
