Extends the Developer Tools, adding a new Network Panel in the Developer Tools window with better searching and response previews.

This extension is Open Source: https://github.com/leothelocust/better-network-chrome-panel Although it doesn't do everything the default Network panel does, it does way more regarding Searching/Filtering. It doesn't only search the URL, it also searches every part of the request, including headers and post body.
