Improve usability of GitHub PR, issue, and other pages

Better GitHub is inspired by Refined GitHub, but only retains a small set of features that are truly effective and noticeable. It stays simple, open sourced, has no data tracking or telemetry stuff, but will require you to generate a GitHub API token with repo scope. Feature lists: • PR Branch Names — Display source branch name next to each PR title. Click to copy. • PR Review Status — Show review thread resolution status (resolved/unresolved) on the PR list. • PR Label Position — Move labels to the front of PR titles for better scanning. • PR Approve Now — Quick approval shortcut in the Reviewers sidebar (requires token). • Default Sort by Updated — Sort PR and issue lists by recently updated. • Releases Tab — Add a Releases tab to the repository navigation bar. • Commit Tags — Show git tags as badges on the commits list page. • Recent Commit Color — Highlight recent commits with color based on age. Almost all features can be individually toggled on/off in options. Lightweight, fast, and privacy-friendly — no analytics, no tracking, all data stays local.
