If you're anything like me, you save 100 different websites and articles, and unfortunately, whenever you go back to review what you saved, you can't remember why you saved it. Either that, or you absolutely hate the way that Google's default bookmarks look on the top of your screen. Luckily, Better Bookmarks is an easier and more productive way for you to save your bookmarks. Not only will it prevent the ugly default bookmarks from clogging up your screen space and making you seem like an unorganized madman through it's clean, simple bookmark library, but it also gives you the option to add personal notes to your bookmarks. How to use: Using Better Bookmarks is incredibly easy. First, download this extension, click it and press pin. Then, pick out an article or website that you wish to bookmark. Instead of going and clicking the little star, go to the bookmark icon pinned by where your other extensions are. This will open up a UI. All you need to do is add your personal note / comment (or don't, it's completely optional) and press "Create Bookmark". Bam! Your bookmark has been created and added to your dashboard. To get to your dashboard, press "Go to Dashboard". Once at your dashboard, there is three things you can do. First, if you right click on any specific bookmark, it will bring up a menu where you can either choose to edit your custom note if you'd like to change it or you can choose to delete the bookmark all together. Lastly, if you click on the bookmark, just like any good bookmark should, it'll bring you directly to the webpage. If the page is already open, it'll bring you to it instead of opening up a new tab, just to keep your browser as clean as possible. And that's it! It's really that simple.
